You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Orders are send within 1-7 workdays after we have received your payment. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Please note that Permanent is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Permanent is not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages. However, we will provide you with the tracking number, contact number or other information you might need.
Packages will be shipped as a registered package by PostNL.
When ordering goods from Permanent for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Permanent, nor are they included in the order total. The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. You will be held accountable for any restrictions, or fees levied by the destination country.
We will offer a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered.
In the case where an item needs to be returned or exchanged, we will honor return or exchange of products sold by us. The returned garments should be unworn in new condition with tags. Furthermore, (a copy of) the receipt should be included with the package.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. Please specify, whether you would like to return or exchange the item.
Please keep in mind that Permanent can’t refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fee for the return. Refunds will be set at the price you paid at the moment of purchase, not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
Purchased items are exchangeable in any different size or product. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know in your email what is your prefered product, color and size. Similarly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first with your order number. The exchanged garments should be unworn in new condition with tags. Furthermore, (a copy of) the receipt should be included with the package.
